• Develop a requested proposal for the specific requirements of your project (usually in the name of the end-user Customer)
• Open a file in the name of the end-user Customer, which will contain your contact information and your company's / institution's information, the end user-Customer name and information, project specific information enabling development of the initial NovaLink proposal and all proposal revisions, and information relevant the sale and delivery of product and services etc
• The file for the end-user Customer will be used for the initial project and (if any) for additional projects and purchases by the same end-user Customer
• The file of the end-user Customer will contain information of associated consultants and resellers. (Note...such consultants and resellers may also be involved in other projects for other end-user Customers)
• Open a separate file / account in the name of the end-user Customer, by NovaLink accounting and administration, relevant the purchasing process through to invoicing and payment etc
• Address warranty claims

We do NOT share or disclose personal and company / institution information, with any 3rd party who are not directly involved in your project
